Blanche moves the other way. Its cotton-blend jacket has a high neckline, long sleeves, a shirt-style collar and tonal buttons, while the matching mini skirt keeps the lower half short. The top half borrows from a buttoned shirt, then the defined waist and matching skirt pull it back towards tailoring. The contrast is sharper than Capucine's, but the principle is similar. The collar decides the mood before the skirt has changed at all.
